Support Workers award You First a satisfaction rating of 88.5%

In this brief video Andy talks through some of the comments made in our latest monthly team member survey. This survey rated team member satisfaction at 88.5% so this is something that deserves celebration.

The experience of people supported is intrinsically connected to the experience of people supporting. Quality team member support equates with quality service delivery, the two cannot be separated. This video provides direct feedback from You First Support Workers and indicates a high level of satisfaction.

There is always room for improvement, we can always do and be better, and no one involved with You First is ever complacent. However, this is encouraging recognition from those working with You First that we are doing well.
