By doing this You First aims to increase customer confidence and a company's credibility, while also improving work processes and efficiency. It’s all about continuous improvement.
You First has a bespoke Quality Recording Mechanism (QRM) and through this our Operational Team report on specific outcomes. We also collect data against the Business Performance Indicators identified in our Strategic Plan for 2019 – 2021. We will publish regular details of the outcomes we have delivered against this data on this page.
